Return and Refund Policy:
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing a reason, as outlined in our Refund and Return Policy.
The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you receive the goods, or from the date a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will refund you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, and no charges will be applied for such a refund.
Conditions for Returns:
To ensure that the goods are eligible for return, you must ensure that:
- The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.
- The goods are in their original packaging.
- The goods are unopened (once opened, they are no longer resellable).
The following goods cannot be returned:
- Goods that are customized or personalized.
- Goods that, by their nature, are not suitable for return, such as perishable items or items past their expiration date.
- Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal is broken after delivery.
- Goods that, by their nature, are mixed irreversibly with other items after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above return conditions at our discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost goods during the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using insured and trackable shipping. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of returned delivery.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and were then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, you will be issued a gift card.
If the goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the giver.

Refunds
Refunds for goods can only be issued if the above conditions are met. If you return a product that has been opened or where the seal is no longer intact, we will not issue a refund. If everything is in order, we will process the refund within 14 working days.
